Private lessons

  • Private Lessons (one hour)

    Private lessons can be taken in either 5 Element Chi Kung or Tai Chi and can be booked either as an individual or group. Chi Kung classes include opening up the joints of the body and massaging the internal organs through static and moving exercises and at a deeper level understanding more about energy flow. Tai Chi Classes are taught a basic Yang Style short form and breathing and relaxation exercises. Basic improvement in posture, balance and breathing can be noticed through practising either of these disciplines.
  • Corporate Work

    A relaxed body creates a relaxed mind - a relaxed mind creates miracles - Either have morning sessions at you place of work or book for a day or weekend workshop to help your workforce explore the benefits of 5 Element Chi Kung. This is a unique exercise system which looks to use static/moving exercises/meditations to relax the body and calm the mind. Other benefits include improvement in posture, breathing and relaxation - get in touch and make friends with your body. Cost on application.
  • Drop-In classes

    There are drop-in classes at the studio on Wednesday and Thursday mornings 1030-1200 (90 mins) in 5 Element Chi Kung - these classes are ideal for shift-workers who can't always make regular sessions. There are also drop-in classes at Fresh Fitness Studio in Tower Street, Brightlingsea on a Tuesday morning 1030-1130 (one hour £7.50) and also starting from Wednesday evening November 7th 7.30-8.30 (one hour £7.50)
  • Classes at Studio

    Tai Chi/Chi Kung Monday morning 10.30-12.00 - Evening 7.30-9.00 Thursday evening 7.30-9.00 - 5 Element Chi Kung classes Tuesday evening 7.30-9.00 £40 per month. Also Drop in 5 Element Chi Kung classes at Fresh Fitness Studio in Tower Street, Brightlingsea Tuesday morning 10.30-11.30 and Wednesday evenings 7.30-8.30 (one hour only £7.50)

I've been attending the Tai Chi studio classes regularly for over a year now and have thoroughly enjoyed learning this fascinating art. Dave has immense knowledge on not just Tai Chi, but Chi kung as well and conveys the principles and concepts in a relaxed, enjoyable and understandable manner. Real Tai Chi takes many years to master properly but I feel with Dave's guidance you will learn it completely and benefit hugely from it.

The Studio runs daily classes and regular workshops and has everything for the total beginner upto the more advanced levels. 

Classes are small and informal where everyone learns at a pace that suits their personal needs.
Private lessons and Corporate work also available in both Chi Kung (Qi Qong) and Tai Chi.
