The Tai Chi Studio

The Monday morning class catering for the over 60's is becoming very popular and although there are a couple of spaces left on the January class I am also making the Friday afternoon class for over sixties also - it isn't absolutely necessary to be over sixty to join, it is more designed to help those wishing to improve posture, balance and general health and fitness.
