This is a suitable workshop for total beginners to see how this unique exercise can improve your overall health and fitness levels and much more!!! You will learn a basic exercise to open the joints and relax and massage the muscles and inner organs of the body. Learn how the five elements relate to the body and emotions and connect to internal and external energy. Ideal workshop for those already involved in energy work (i.e Reiki, Tai Chi, Shiatsu etc!!!)
