In this four week course you will be introduced to the basics of 5 Element Chi Kung which uses static and moving exercises/meditations to open and relax the joints and muscles to allow greater energy flow throughout the body. Initial benefits include improved body awareness/posture/breathing and relaxation/sleep patterns/digestion. Chi Kung is excellent aiding recovery from sports injuries or illnesses. Due to Coronavirus classes are limited to five so it is important that you check with the studio first to make sure that places are still available.
