This is our weekly 'fix' of 5 Element Chi Kung - completely free - come along and take part in some relaxing breathing and moving exercises to open the joints and relax the muscles of the body to allow greater energy flow. Improve balance, posture and general health and fitness. Go to the Tai Chi Studio's Facebook page at noon on Thursday to join in - whats not to like!!!
